Cold Feet

It’s 2020 and I’m excited! My name is Robert Bell and I’m a junior. I grew up with a large, blended family. I was raised in Akron, Ohio, however I graduated from Nordonia High School in Macedonia, Ohio. I graduated from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science and then went on to graduate from The University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio with a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences. I started my professional career as a Physician Assistant helping people of many backgrounds and cultures, learning from so many beautiful people and navigating my way through early adulthood.

In 2016, I decided to pursue my passion to educate others and share what I have learned. Little Creators Academy was born in 2017. My fear was through the roof, but my faith was greater. So, I started typing. I spent hours with my fingers clicking away, printing a picture of Little Creators to serve as a foundation of my intentions. I detailed our business plan, outlined our grant pursuits, and counted the possibilities.

Grateful, is an understatement for the position my family played in the beginning. They provided donations of time and money to serve a nearly familiar community. They sacrificed energy to entertain the dream of a young man, my dream. This blog is on a platform I never even imagined possible. Our logo and website were manifested from the working genius of two local design companies. Fizz and Blackbird helped construct our image, breathing life into our movement.

Joyously, we were recently awarded our very first grant from the United Black Fund! Little Creators has received so much support and love. And we want to share every bit of support and love with each of you. Many thanks to everyone who has given in heart, cheer, love, time, inspiration, and money.

Again, here we are in 2020 and I am ready for greater. I hope anyone taking the time to read this is ready too!

To the Excited,

Mr. Bell
